QTZ200 (TC7015) tower crane is a heavy-duty top-slewing hammerhead tower crane with rated lifting moment of 2000 kN·m. It is widely applied for super high-rise buildings, large commercial complexes, bridge projects, power plants and heavy infrastructure construction. This tower crane comes with a 70-meter jib, maximum lifting capacity of 10 tons, and jib tip load of 1.5 tons at full 70m working radius.

The free-standing height of QTZ200 TC7015 tower crane reaches 54m, and the maximum attaching height can go up to 230m with wall tie supports. Equipped with hydraulic self-climbing system, the tower can rise synchronously as building construction proceeds. Its L68B standard sections are fabricated from Q345B high-strength steel with anti-corrosion spray coating, delivering excellent structural rigidity, stable performance and long service life under heavy load working conditions.

Hoisting, trolley and slewing mechanisms adopt variable frequency drive technology, achieving smooth start & stop and precise material positioning. A full set of safety protection systems is fitted, including overload limiter, height limiter, slewing limiter and wind speed alarm device to guarantee construction site safety.
