QTZ315 (TC7040) tower crane is a heavy-duty top-slewing hammerhead tower crane with rated lifting moment of 3150 kN·m. It is widely used for super high-rise buildings, large-scale commercial complexes, bridge engineering, hydropower stations and heavy industrial infrastructure projects. This tower crane has a 70-meter jib, maximum lifting capacity of 18 tons, and jib tip load of 4.0 tons at full 70m working radius.

The free-standing height of QTZ315 TC7040 tower crane reaches 51m, and the maximum attaching height can extend up to 250m with wall tie supports. Equipped with hydraulic self-climbing system, the tower can rise synchronously with building construction progress. Its heavy-duty standard sections adopt Q345B high-strength steel with anti-corrosion spray coating, delivering outstanding structural rigidity, stable performance and long service life under severe heavy-load working conditions.

Hoisting, trolley and slewing mechanisms adopt variable frequency drive technology, achieving smooth start & stop and precise material positioning. A complete safety protection system is fitted, including overload limiter, height limiter, slewing limiter and wind speed alarm device to guarantee construction site safety.
